ESCAPE EXPERIENCE

Each escape room challenge lasts 60 minutes.

Each room accommodates a maximum of 6 players. For health and safety reasons we cannot allow groups of more than six in each room.

We do not have a specific age limit for our escape rooms. However, to ensure the best possible experience and chance of success, we recommend that children are accompanied by an adult. Younger players are welcome, but their safety and well-being are our top priorities. Please note that, for safeguarding reasons, our staff are unable to act as carers for any guests while on-site. A dedicated Games Master will be monitoring your experience remotely and is available to provide hints or guidance as needed. To help everyone enjoy the game in a safe, fun and responsible way, we strongly encourage a parent or guardian to accompany any children inside the room. If you’d like to discuss whether a specific room is suitable for your group or need further support, please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

All of our rooms are designed to be fun and engaging for everyone, no matter your experience level! 1. Temple of Doom: a great starting point for all ages, especially fun for families and first-time players 2. The Exorcism: a moderate challenge suitable for players with some escape room experience 3. The Upside Down: ideal if you're up for a challenge or have played before

No. You are never locked in and you can leave at any time. There’s always an emergency exit and your game master will monitor your team throughout.

No, our escape rooms do not feature live actors.

If your team doesn’t escape within 60 minutes, the game master will help you exit safely.

If you wish to make changes to your booking after payment, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or through the online form. Changes are not guaranteed and we do not offer refunds. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time for a safety briefing and to get started promptly. Late arrivals may result in a reduced playtime or forfeiture of your booking.

For safety and to preserve the experience for all players, photography and recording are not permitted inside the rooms.
